One Thompson Avenue was constructed in 2021 with one hundred percent of the apartments dedicated as affordable housing with a preference for veterans.

The Somerville Station Phase I mixed-use development project consists of 374 apartment homes, 156 townhomes, and a shared 543-space structured parking facility, including 325 dedicated commuter parking spaces. This development also provides community and open spaces and revitalizes the station area, enhancing its community connection. Phase I was completed in 2023.
